Last Updated: July 4, 2025
Ronviro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how Ronviro responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how you may submit a notice or counter-notice.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through our services infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notice of infringement ("DMCA Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your DMCA Notice must include all of the following information:
a) A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
c) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
d) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
f) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a DMCA Notice may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice ("Counter-Notice") to our designated copyright agent. Your Counter-Notice must include all of the following:
a) Your physical or electronic signature.
b) Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.

d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless that party files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user within a specified period, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is Ronviro's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6. Modifications to Content
Ronviro reserves the right to modify, edit, or remove any content on its platform that it reasonably believes, in good faith, may infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party, even in the absence of a formal DMCA Notice.
